About this site
This website is operated by the Indian Food Festival Colorado. It provides information about the festival, its programme, and opportunities to participate as a vendor, sponsor, volunteer or exhibitor.
Event information may change
Festival details — including date, times, venue, programme, performers and participating vendors — are subject to change. The venue for the 2026 festival has not yet been confirmed. We publish updates on this site and through our newsletter and social channels, but we cannot guarantee that every page is current at the moment you read it.
Admission and registration
- General Admission is free, but all attendees must register in advance to receive an admission pass.
- Early Access passes are limited and may sell out.
- All passes are scanned at the entrance.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry, and to remove anyone behaving unsafely or disruptively.
Applications
Vendor, sponsor, volunteer and Young Entrepreneur applications are submitted through Google Forms and are subject to review. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a booth, or any particular placement at the festival.
Food, allergies and dietary requirements
Food at the festival is prepared and sold by independent vendors. While many vendors offer vegetarian and vegan options, we do not control their ingredients, preparation or handling. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please speak to the vendor directly before purchasing. We are not responsible for the food supplied by third-party vendors.
Photography and filming
The festival is photographed and filmed. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in images or footage that we use to promote future events. If you would prefer not to appear, speak to a member of the team on the day.
Content and intellectual property
The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to the Indian Food Festival Colorado or are used with permission. Third-party logos — including media outlets and sponsors — remain the property of their respective owners and appear here to indicate coverage or sponsorship. You may not reproduce site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This site links to third-party websites, including Google Forms and the Haidakhandi Universal Ashram. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those sites.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its normal operation.

This site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
