This policy explains how the Indian Food Festival Colorado (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information through this website. We keep this deliberately simple, because we collect very little.
Information we collect
We only receive information you actively choose to send us:
- Contact form: your first and last name, email address, the category you select (Attendee, Vendor, Sponsor, Media or Other), and your message.
- Newsletter signup: your name and email address.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or website analytics on this site. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To send you festival updates and announcements, if you subscribed to the newsletter.
- To process vendor, sponsor, volunteer and exhibitor applications you submit.
We will never sell your information, rent it, or share it for marketing purposes.
Who else is involved
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf:
- Our web host stores the website files and processes form submissions.
- Our email provider delivers the messages sent through the contact form.
- Google Forms handles vendor, sponsor, volunteer and Young Entrepreneur applications. Those forms are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site, which involves your browser requesting files from Google’s servers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a record of festival correspondence. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send. To make any of these requests, email indianfoodfestcolorado@gmail.com.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
