Monica Celly is a culinary instructor who has spent years teaching Indian cooking and sharing the richness of India’s food culture. She founded the Indian Food Festival to showcase the regional cuisines, street foods and traditions that rarely make it onto restaurant menus.
She is available for interviews on Indian regional cuisine, cultural programming, and community-led events in Colorado.
